Hello, I am Dr. Jason Hsuehchen Lu—a university professor, clinical psychologist, and clinical supervisor.

I believe that every person carries within them the capacity for healing and growth. In moments when you need support the most, I hope to walk alongside you—to help you rediscover your strength, regain clarity, and begin again.

Professional Background & Clinical Experience

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) in the United States, with a strong focus on mind–body health promotion and integrative healing.

During my time in Silicon Valley, I collaborated with leading global technology companies—including Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Tesla—providing psychological support to professionals and organizational teams.

My clinical experience spans major medical centers, psychotherapy and counseling settings, and integrative mind–body health institutes. I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples, families, and individuals from diverse gender and cultural backgrounds.

Areas of Expertise

I have long been dedicated to supporting individuals facing a wide range of psychological and mind–body health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and stress-related concerns. I place particular emphasis on the processes of trauma recovery and adjustment to loss. In clinical practice, I also work extensively with eating disorders and body image concerns, helping individuals cultivate a healthier and more compassionate relationship with themselves.

In addressing chronic pain, weight management, autonomic nervous system dysregulation, and stress-related conditions, I integrate psychotherapy with neuroscience-informed interventions to provide comprehensive mind–body care. I also bring specialized expertise in neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation, supporting individuals with brain injuries, cognitive decline, and other neuropsychological conditions in rebuilding functional capacity for daily life and professional roles.

Additionally, I work with interpersonal and couples dynamics, as well as gender diversity exploration and assessment. Through a foundation of understanding, respect, and clinical support, I aim to help each individual find balance, resilience, and strength within both their relationships and their evolving sense of self.
